Terms and Conditions and Shipping Information

All First Time Online Orders 
Minimum Order is:   $500.00
Reorder: $250.00

Payment:  Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express

Shipping:  We ship either with UPS or FedEx Ground service (if you have an account with either shipper we prefer to use your account number and ship collect.  You still will receive our discounts).   We also receive WEIGHT discounts with both carriers.  If your order is at least 200 lbs we receive an approximate 30% percent discount with both carriers.   It's benificial to have your order at least 200 lbs or more.

Shipping Cost:   We will not know exactly what your actual shipping cost are till your order is completely packed and ready to go. I'm sure you know that both UPS and FedEX also charge for Dimensional weight.  All charges are F.O.B. from Tucson Arizona.

Damage Claims:   We take great care in packaging all of our orders.  You need to take your time and unpack the boxes very carefully, most of our items are fragile.  But, if you have damage you need to report it to the Delivering Company and to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Do not throw away any of the boxes or packing material if the item(s) are damaged. The delivery company will want to look at them and possibly take the box and item.

Special Note on Mirror Orders:   We are selling you just the Frame but we will include a Glass Mirror with each frame for free.   We  hardly have any breakage with the glass mirror.  We put a special mirror tape on the glass for shipping and also we take about 30-45 minutes of time packaging each mirror.  It also comes in a special made box.  Usually if the glass breaks it was during the unpacking of the mirror YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE WHEN UNPACKING THE MIRRORS.

Return Policy:  No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. There is also a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the freight cost.   Authorized returns will be in the form of a Credit Memo that can be used on future orders.
